<p>Disclosed is a method for analyzing two or more samples, which comprises the steps of: amplifying each of the samples in a separate reaction system by using a first primer that contains a tag sequence comprising a different sequence for each sample and a second primer that is used as a pair with the first primer; mixing amplification products each produced in the reaction systems and having the tag sequence introduced therein together; and reacting the mixed amplification products with a nucleic acid probe immobilized on a support and detecting the quantity of hybridization occurring in the reaction.</p>
