PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft system of a construction machine capable of changing a security level by an intention of a manager, while reducing troublesomeness of a driver.SOLUTION: A terminal unit 106 can selectively transmit an owner lock setting command and a user lock setting command to the construction machine 102. A controller 41 of the construction machine 102 stores a user password number and an owner password number, and releases a start lock state when a password number input by a key input device 34 coincides with one of the user password number and the owner password number when the owner lock setting is set in response to the command from the terminal unit 106, and releases the start lock state when coinciding with the owner password number, without releasing the start lock state even if the password number input by the key input device 34 coincides with the user password number when the user lock setting is set.
