PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing boiled fish paste which is separated by color, for example, red and white, in boiled fish paste formed by extrusion formation, colorful sheet-like boiled fish paste and spiral boiled fish paste produced by the production method.SOLUTION: The method for producing boiled fish paste includes using a production apparatus in which a pair of front and rear delivery rollers for delivering ground fish meat as a raw material to a center is installed, which is mainly composed of a forming hopper equipped with a forming nozzle for extruding the raw material in a belt-like state at the bottom, in which the inside of the forming hopper is divided by a divider plate into at least two chambers longitudinally; wherein pieces of ground fish meat different in quality of material such as color are fed to the chambers, respectively, integrally joined by the forming nozzle to give an intermediate product having a sequence different in quality of material in the width direction. |
