PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide long-term preservable health food, which contains rice and sesame, by sealing in a container rice sesame food, in which a prescribed amount of sesame powder is added to rice, so that, in addition to the nutrition value, various nutrition values of sesame and rice, such as germinated brown rice, are added and food deterioration is to be prevented.SOLUTION: The brown rice-sesame food is prepared by adding sweetener and sesame oil to a rice-sesame mixture containing a prescribed amount of sesame powder and of green bamboo powder and rice such as brown rice and by forming it into a predetermined size. The brown rice-sesame food is characterized in that the food is health food sealed in a container in a dry state of 10% or less of moisture and in that it is quickly cooked and has a scent for better appetite and antimicrobial activity. |
