PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify dynamic selection control of a route destination control node that accompanies failure/recovery of a control node.SOLUTION: When a DRA (Diameter Routing Agent) 100-1 selects a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rule Function) of a transfer destination of a control request signal transmitted from an S/P-GW 300 and DRA 100-2 to 100-3 and the control request signal is transmitted from the DRA 100-2 to 100-3, it is determined that the PCRF associated with subscriber identification information included in the control request signal is available. Then, when the subscriber identification information disappears from a session management table for managing a period from beginning of session processing to its completion, a relay cancellation signal is transmitted to the DRA 100-2 to 100-3. After the DRA 100-2 to 100-3 determine that the PCRF stored in a passage management table is not available before the relay cancellation signal is transmitted by the DRA 100-1, the control request signal transmitted is relayed to the DRA 100-1. |
