PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving easily the air permeability in porous polyimide which is obtained by use of a polyimide solution or a polymic acid solution and by means of a solvent substitution induction method or a thermal induction method.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing such a porous polyimide body, related to the method for improving an air permeation rate, as is obtained by use of a polyimide solution or a polymic acid solution and by means of a solvent substitution induced-phase separation method or a thermally induced-phase separation method, is characterized by dry-etching treatment. |
