PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handset cable disconnection detection system and its method and program capable of detecting the cable disconnection of the handset and notifying in order to maintain a user oriented function.SOLUTION: The handset cable disconnection detection system comprises a microcomputer 1 for totally controlling an automated teller machine, a voice control part 2 for processing the voice inputted from a microphone 5, and a detection part 3 for detecting if a signal between the voice control part 2 and a handset 4 is normal, wherein a microcomputer 1 transmits the detection signal to the detection part 3, the detection part 3, in receiving the detection signal, transmits the detection signal to the voice control part 2 and the handset 4 via a cable 8, and detects if the signal between the voice control part 2 and the handset 4 is normal based on each of the responses from the voice control part 2 and the handset 4. |
