PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image reading device, an image forming device, an image processing method, a computer program, and a recording medium which can perform optimum color correction processing to image data.SOLUTION: A color correction unit 24 specifies a suitable conversion matrix according to a reading resolution when a color image input device 1 reads an original and a result of region separation processing by a region separation unit 23. The color correction unit 24 converts image data (RGB (Red, Green, Blue) signals) which are read from the original by the color image input device 1, and applied with various processing by an A-D conversion unit 20, a shading correction unit 21, and an input correction unit 22 to CMY (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) signals using the specified conversion matrix. |
