A POLYURETHANE COATING MATTERIALS USING WASTE SPANDEX AND A METHOD OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyurethane coating agent using waste spandex is provided to reduce carbon dioxide generated in firing waste spandex and to prevent environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recycle polyurethane coating agent using waste spandex includes the steps of: injecting DMF as a solvent into a reactor, then a first additive while mixing the materials and performing low speed stirring; heating the mixture; injecting waste spandex and stirring the mixture; injecting a second additive and stirring the mixture; and cooling the mixture with cooling water.
