PURPOSE: A system for monitoring a scene using a mobile terminal and a method therefor are provided to quickly find a dangerous situation by real time photographing of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) generates video/voice information by image photographing and voice recording of a site. The portable terminal transmits situation information to a control server(200). The situation information is made of location information. The control server maps map information or blueprint information corresponding to the situation information from a preset database based on the situation information of the portable terminal. The control server displays the mapped situation information of the portable terminal. |
