PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing an recording error when recording information data in a flash memory element are provided to adaptively process an information data recording error in a flash memory element and perform error processing during recording cycle about a multi flash memory attached on common bus. CONSTITUTION: A defective recording area in a flash memory or recording error in a flash device is informed by the flash memory, information data is temporarily stored in a non-flash memory. During next bus recording cycle, an idle time section is used in a copy action to an assumed storage unit or non-defective flash page of the flash memory element from a SRAM memory while a flash memory device normally exists in an idle state.
