ELECTRODE AND ENERGY CONVERSION DEVICE USING THE SAME, AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electrode is provided to improve cell efficiency by enough infiltrating electrolyte between nanostructure groups through enough interval between nanostructure groups. CONSTITUTION: An electrode includes a substrate(210) and a plurality of nanostructure groups containing a plurality of nanostructures(220) protruding from the surface of the substrate. The interval of between a plurality of nanostructures is wider than that between the nanostructureses. A method for manufacturing the electrode includes the steps of forming an electrode material on a substrate; coating a set mask on the electrode material; and etching the electrode material using the mask prepare a plurality of nanostructures groups.
