PURPOSE: A conductive wiring of a fuse box area in semiconductor device and a lay out method thereof are provided to maintain a constant pattern and the height of a guard ring of a fuse box and obtain the reliability of the fuse box inner circuit. CONSTITUTION: The fuse boxes(FB) are arranged among the signal lines. The fuse box comprises the fuse wiring and the guard rings(G1, G2) surrounding the fuse wiring. The guard ring is overlapped with the fuse guarding rings corresponding with the wiring included in the fuse wiring. The dummy signal lines are formed in parallel with the signal lines on the same layer with the signal line.
