PURPOSE: A user terminal security method and a security device thereof are provided to stably improve the security of a user terminal by releasing the security of the user terminal through a wireless communication with a fob key. CONSTITUTION: A security interface device is connected to a terminal device to communicate with a fob key(S12). The security interface device transmits a wireless signal to the outside to confirm the wireless communication range of the fob key(S14). The fob key transmits the individual identification information of the fob key by receiving the wireless signal transmitted from the security interface device. The security interface device receives the individual identification information(S16). The security interface device checks whether the individual identification information is equal to the registered individual identification information(S20). The security of the user terminal is released(S22). The user terminal is set to a security state(S24).
