PURPOSE: A flexible LED panel is provided to be used for various industrial fields and implement various displays by forming a free light emitting pattern. CONSTITUTION: A base layer(110) is made of synthetic fiber, regenerated fiber, or natural fiber. An insulation layer(130) is formed between electron sources. A light control layer which controls an optical source is formed on the upper side of an LED(200). The light control layer is concavely or convexly formed on the LED.
