PURPOSE: A hand-held obesity and skin-care medical device is provided, which makes custom-treatment according to a user possible and facilitates connection, keeping and movement of an accessory. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held obesity and skin-care medical device comprises: a case in which a handle is fixed in the outside; an abdominal belt(510) equipped with an abdomen electrode outputting stimulus of low frequency, medium frequency, and ultrasonic wave; right and left belts(530) in which arm and leg electrodes are installed; a pad(550) equipped with an electrode pad outputting stimulus of low frequency and medium frequency; a probe(570) for massaging the face; and a driving part.
