PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash and dry a flow path incorporating body (a handpiece for an ophthalmic surgery, or the like) having two flow paths therein.SOLUTION: In a washing process, a second solenoid valve 6b is opened to wash an inflow path 132 of an I/A handpiece 130, a fourth solenoid valve 6d is opened to wash an inflow path 122 of a US handpiece 120, a first solenoid valve 6a is opened to wash an suction path 133 of the I/A handpiece 130, and a third solenoid valve 6c is opened to an the suction path 123 of the US handpiece 120. In a drying process, the second solenoid valve 6b is opened to dry the inflow path 132 of the I/A handpiece 130, the fourth solenoid valve 6d is opened to dry the inflow path 122 of the US handpiece 120, the first solenoid valve 6a is opened to dry the suction path 133 of the I/A handpiece 130, and the third solenoid valve 6c is opened to dry the suction path 123 of the US handpiece 120. |
