PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power monitoring system raising the awareness of a user about power saving.SOLUTION: On the basis of a measurement value stored in a storage part 13 of an electric power measurement unit 1 and the measurement time of the measurement value, a master unit 2 calculates the electricity price for integral power consumption during a prescribed period by a master unit arithmetic part 21, and displays the electricity price calculated by the master unit arithmetic part 21 on a display 25. Accordingly, in contrast to the case in which the power consumption measured by the electric power measurement unit 1 is displayed, the awareness of the user about power saving is raised. Further, because the measurement value of the power consumption is associated with the measurement time, the electricity price is more precisely calculated even when the electricity price is different dependent on the time period. |
