PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress which is used as bedding with excellent body pressure distribution property, and allows a user to easily turn over and to be in a natural sleeping posture.SOLUTION: The mattress is formed by stacking a soft polyurethane foam, where impact resilience is 25% or less and a hysteresis loss rate is 35% or less, as a surface layer 1 on a high-resiliency polyurethane foam layer 2 having an impact resilience of more than 50%. Preferably, the hardness is adjusted by changing the foam thickness ratio of the surface layer to the high-resiliency polyurethane layer, so as to allow a part with the concentration of the load of a human body to be harder than the other part. Specifically, the surface layer is divided into four regions, i.e., a region A around a head, a region B around a chest, a region C around a lower back part, and a region D around a leg part, thereby to obtain the relationship of A≥D>B>C concerning the thickness of the surface layer. According to the relationship, the thickness of the high-resiliency polyurethane foam layer is increased in a part where the surface layer is thinner. |
