PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system and a lighting fixture with which a user can easily recognize an energy-saving effect.SOLUTION: The lighting system 10 and the lighting fixture 1 transmit increase/decrease of light outputs of a light source 12 to a continuous dimming control part 15 in accordance with an operation at a light control operation part 29, transmit the maximum output lighting state of the light source 12 to the continuous dimming control part 15 when they are operated by an all-output confirmation operation part 18 to change to the maximum output lighting state of the light source 12 once by an operation of the all-output confirmation operation part 18, then to be back to a light-control lighting level selected at the light-control operation part 19.
