PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal power circuit which suppresses a voltage ripple within a semiconductor device, that is, power noise, which arises when the internal power circuit operates, regardless of the transmission frequency of an oscillator that the internal power circuit has.SOLUTION: A power circuit is provided with: an oscillator which outputs a pulse signal whose level changes in preset cycles; a plurality of boosting circuits which boost power voltages inputted from outside according to the pulse signal that the oscillator outputs; and a control circuit which selects whether to input the pulse signal into each of the plurality of boosting circuits according to a change in the pulse signal that the oscillator outputs. |
