PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data multiplexer for efficiently multiplexing and transmitting additional data by relatively simple configurations.SOLUTION: The data multiplying device is provided with a signal generation part which generates a first signal by expressing first data with a first or second bit value, expresses second data related to the first data with a first or second bit value, generates a second signal which is set to a predetermined bit value in a timing when the first signal is set to the first bit value, and assigns the bit value corresponding to third data different from the second data to the second signal in a timing when the first signal is set to the first bit value.
