PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling action or a heating action by installing a heat source such as a cold source or a hot source inside a container, by operating a circulation pump by a control unit so that heat medium heat-exchanged between the heat source in the container and a heat exchange flow path of a heat exchanger passes a radiation flow path in a radiator through a circulation pipe and the radiator is cooled or heated by passage of the heat medium through the radiation flow path, and by selecting the cold source or the hot source as the heat source.SOLUTION: The heat source 2 which is the cold source or the hot source is installed in the container 1. There is installed in the container the heat exchanger 3 having the heat exchange flow path 5 in which the heat medium 4 heat-exchangeble with the heat source passes. The radiation flow path 7 in which the heat medium passes is provided in the radiator 6. The circulation pipe 8 in a closed circuit shape in which the heat medium can circulate is provided between the heat exchange flow path of the heat exchanger in the container and the radiation flow path in the radiator. The circulation pump 9 is provided for circulating the heat medium in the circulation pipe. |
