PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning member which prevents an impact from outside from being transmitted to an indoor unit.SOLUTION: The cushioning member 30 mounted on the central part in the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit of an air conditioner is divided into a first member 30a mounted on the front face side of the indoor unit and a second member arranged on the back face side of the indoor unit. The front face part 31 of the first member 30a includes, while mounted on the indoor unit: an outer peripheral wall 46 on which an external force acts; an inner peripheral wall 41 arranged closer to the indoor unit than the outer peripheral wall 46; and an intermediate wall part arranged between the outer peripheral wall 46 and the inner peripheral wall 41. The intermediate wall 42 is formed of a thinner member than the thickness of the outer peripheral wall 46, and has a plurality of connecting walls 44 for connecting the outer peripheral wall 46 with the inner peripheral wall 41 so as to form a cavity between the outer peripheral wall 46 and the inner peripheral wall 41. |
