PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely determine a train existing line, by overcoming the problem caused by short-circuit failure, by supplementally performing the other determining method for determining the train existing line based on received voltage.SOLUTION: This train detecting method investigates whether or not there is a variation in the received voltage of a track circuit, in addition to a procedure for determining the train existing line when detecting that the received voltage of the track circuit reduces more than a predetermined train detecting determining level, and determines as the train existing line regardless of whether or not the received voltage reduces more than the predetermined train detecting determining level when detecting a variation of a predetermined level or more. The train detecting device is added by a variation detecting means for detecting whether or not there is a variation in the received voltage and an auxiliary means for outputting a train existing line determining signal regardless of any of a state of a track relay when its variation detecting means detects a larger variation than a specific determining level in the received voltage, besides the track relay for outputting the train existing line determining signal while being restored when the received voltage of the track circuit reduces more than the predetermined train detecting determining level. |
