PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing method by which a building built by a slipform construction method can be finished in a short period of time in such a state that quality is ensured and a beautiful appearance is kept excellently.SOLUTION: The finishing method includes a step of applying a substrate conditioning material, which is prepared by mixing a polymer emulsion (A), an acrylic emulsion or a synthetic rubber emulsion (B) and talc (C) at normal temperature and has 3-600 Pa s (3,000-600,000 cps) viscosity, to the surface of the building frame, which is formed by casting concrete and exposed by moving the formwork. The polymer emulsion (A) is prepared by mixing (A1) polyethylene, polypropylene, a vinylacetate polymer, a styrene polymer, a vinylchloride polymer, a butyral resin or an ethylene-vinylacetate polymer each of which has 3,000-100,000 average molecular weight, (A2) a dispersant having 500-3,000 average molecular weight and (A3) water. |
