<p>A signboard for simulating neon light and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A first type of the signboard for simulating neon light includes a printing sheet (1), a plurality of LED lamps (2), a PCB substrate (3) providing a LED circuit and a bottom shell (4) with a groove. The method for manufacturing the first type of the signboard for simulating neon light includes the following steps: the LED lamps (2) are mounted on the PCB substrate (3) to integrate the LED lamps (2) with the PCB substrate (3) as a whole; the LED lamps (2) and the PCB substrate (3) are fixed in the groove of the bottom shell (4) with a screw (10); and the printing sheet (1) is mounted on the surface of the bottom shell (4) which matches the printing sheet (1). A second type of the signboard for simulating neon light includes a printing sheet (1), lamp bars (2), a frame (3), a plurality of LED lamps (6), a PCB substrate (7) providing a LED circuit and a bottom shell (8) with a groove. The method for manufacturing the second type of the signboard for simulating neon light includes the following steps: the LED lamps (6) are mounted on the PCB substrate (7) to integrate the LED lamps (6) with the PCB substrate (7) as a whole; the LED lamps (6) and the PCB substrate (7) are fixed in the groove of the frame (3) with a screw (13); the frame (3) is combined with the bottom shell (8); and the lamp bars (2) and the printing sheet (1) are mounted on the surface of the frame (3) which matches the lamp bars (2) and the printing sheet (1).</p> |
