RICE COATED WITH AGED BLACK GARLIC EXTRACT AND THE METHOD PREPARED THEREOF

PURPOSE: Rice coated with an aged garlic extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily eat the rice by coating the washed rice with the aged garlic extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice coated with an aged garlic extract comprises the following steps: firstly aging fresh garlic with hot air at 10~120deg C for 150~500hours; naturally drying the aged garlic for 10~60hours; secondly aging the fresh garlic with the hot air at 10~50deg C for 10~100hours; mixing the aged garlic with water in a weight ratio of 0.5~3:0.5~3, and filtering with a hemp cloth to obtain aged garlic liquid; washing rice and drying; inserting the dried rice to a coater to coat the rice with the aged garlic liquid; and drying the coated rice at 50~90deg C.
