PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which leakage of a large amount of fuel gas occurring from a valve closing failure of a valve body caused by ice biting is prevented.SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 includes: the fuel cell 12 that generates power by receiving supply of hydrogen and air; a hydrogen supply system 16 to circulate and supply the hydrogen supplied from a hydrogen supply source 30 to the fuel cell 12; and a discharge regulating part 46 to branch a hydrogen off-gas discharged from the fuel cell 12 and exhaust it outside the system. The discharge regulating part 46 is constituted of an orifice member having a regulation aperture part 60 to circulate while regulating an exhausted amount of the hydrogen off-gas. This regulation aperture part 60 is retained in a released state with a fixed aperture area during the operation time of the system. |
