PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data delivery apparatus transmitting data to terminals even if a fault or system down of a server occurs and the server is not restored yet.SOLUTION: A data delivery system is equipped with: a data storage server 20 that delivers data to terminals 40; and a repeaters 30 that transfers the delivery data sent from the data storage server 20 to the terminals 40, and delivers data to the repeater 30 and the terminals 40 from the data storage server 20. The repeater 30 is equipped with: a storage section 32 for storing delivery data; a control section 33 for extracting the delivery data stored in the storage section 32 when a transmission request message that requests transmission of the delivery data is received from a terminal 40; and a transmission section 34 for transmitting the delivery data extracted by the control section 33 to the terminal 40 which is the sender of the transmission request. |
