PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker with an improved detection accuracy when detecting a temperature at a bottom of a pan using both an infrared sensor and a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: When the temperature of the cooker is rising like the time of preheating, a heating power control device sets data serieses (1)-(9) to control a heating power by a heating means according to a detection output from the temperature sensor (Step S3), and changes the set values of the data serieses (1)-(9) according to the detection output from the infrared sensor (Step S4-S8). The heating power control device also sets a data series (10') to control the heating power by the heating means according to the detection output from the temperature sensor (Step S5). |
