PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device wherein tolerance to a shake width of an objective lens by rotation of an optical disk having an eccentric center of gravity is widened and interruption of reading or recording on the way is reduced.SOLUTION: A control part applies a DC voltage V having a prescribed positive level to a tracking coil of an actuator 25. The control part measures amplitude of an LE signal during application of the DC voltage in a fixed period and measures an average value A1 of the amplitude values in the fixed period. The control part applies a DC voltage-V having a prescribed positive level to the tracking coil. The control part measures amplitudes of the LE signal during application of the DC voltage-V in a fixed period and measures an average value A2 of the amplitude values in the fixed period. The control part calculates a gain Q to be set this time based on the average values A1 and A2, a last gain P and a target amplitude B and sets the gain Q to an amplifier. The control part performs an LC servo control with the gain Q upon seek operation etc. |
