PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for cold spray preventing aluminum particles from sticking on the inner surface.SOLUTION: The inner surface of the nozzle 1 for cold spray for spraying the aluminum particles is covered with a polycrystalline diamond film 3. In the nozzle 1 for cold spray, the aluminum particles accompanying a working gas (process gas) are prevented from sticking to the inner surface of the nozzle 1 for cold spray by forming the polycrystalline diamond film 3 on the inner surface of a nozzle base body 2. |
