PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create precise correction data without using any expensive surface light source in a luminance measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: A correction coefficient calculating method in the luminance measuring apparatus having an imaging element equipped with a plurality of pixels is provided which includes: the step of photographing an object at a reference position; the step of photographing the object at a position shifted by at least one pixel from the reference position; the sensitivity ratio calculating step of calculating a sensitivity ratio of each pixel with respect to a prescribed reference pixel, based on a result of above photographing operations; and the sensitivity correction coefficient calculating step of calculating a sensitivity correction coefficient of each pixel, based on the sensitivity ratio.
