PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient configuration by reducing flicker and suppressing power consumption in a heat fixing device of a noncontact external heating system.SOLUTION: In the configuration, a carbon heater as a heating member is semicylindrical, a planar part of the carbon heater is parallel and opposite to a rotator for heating, and an infrared reflecting member includes a member having a plurality of planar shapes and takes on a substantially semi-elliptic shape. The carbon heater is disposed in a focal position of the semi-elliptic shape, the infrared reflecting member has a raised shape formed by combining the planar shapes on the curved surface side of the carbon heater, and ends of the raised shape contact with ends of circular arc members of the infrared reflecting member. |
