摘要 PURPOSE: Superfine transverse register control system and method for roll-to-roll printing for continuous processes of electronics are provided to enable additional register error to be removed from a lower printing roll since a transversal register error is compensated using a feed-forward control logic and a feedback control lock together. CONSTITUTION: A superfine transverse register control system(100) for roll-to-roll printing for continuous processes of electronics comprises printing rolls(110a-110c), register error measuring sensors(120b,120c), position measuring sensors(130b,130c) and a main controller(140). The printing rolls are arranged at regular intervals. The register error measuring sensors measure the transversal register error of a printing element, which is printed by the printing roll. The position measuring sensor measures the transversal position of the printing element. The main controller calculates measurements, which are measured by the register error measuring sensor and the position measuring sensor, and controls the position of the printing roll.
