PURPOSE: Soy sauce marinated crab containing rubus coreanus, and a production method thereof are provided to prevent fishy smell, and to secure the excellent flavor and pharmacological effect. CONSTITUTION: A production method of soy sauce marinated crab comprises the following steps: preparing rubus coreanus juice; mixing the rubus coreanus juice with soy sauce to make a mixed rubus coreanus juice soy sauce, and heating the sauce for 1 hour at 80~100deg C, and 1hour at 100~150deg C; and inserting 20~100parts of crab by weight to 100 parts of sauce by weight before aging for 1hour~5days.
