<p>PURPOSE: A power connection box is provided to facilitate the assembly of components, such as relays and bus bars, in a single box. CONSTITUTION: A power connection box comprises a main body(11), short and long inverter bus bars(20,25), a lower cover(60), and an inner cover(70). The main body comprises center and lateral mounting portions and a resistor mounting portion. A pre-charge relay(40) is mounted in the center mounting portion. The first and second main relays(42,46) are mounted in the lateral mounting portion so the bus bar joining units face opposing directions. A pre-charge resistor(41) is mounted in the resistor mounting portion. One end of the short inverter bus bar is combined with the bus bar joining unit of the first main relay. The other end of the short inverter bus bar is projected from the exterior of the main body.</p> |
