PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-Cr-Al alloy having reduced variation in a Cr concentration, to provide a wear-resistant member using the same, and to provide a method for producing the wear-resistant member.SOLUTION: The alloy material with high hardness, high corrosion resistance and high wear resistance is composed of, by mass, 30 to 45% Cr and 2 to 6% Al, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities, and in the alloy material, the variation in the concentration of C in a unit area of 500 μm×500 μm is ≤3 mass%. The wear-resistant member uses the same. By the control of the size of an ingot and the temperature of a mold, Cr segregation caused by cooling non-uniformity is reduced. |
