PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method of manufacturing a porous membrane for a reinforced electrolyte membrane, capable of satisfying high mechanical characteristics and high gas permeability (high substance permeability).SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing porous membrane for the fuel cell electrolyte membrane, two or more high anisotropic and unbaked resin sheets 1 (1a, 1b) are laminated with their orientation directions made to differ from each other so as to have isotropy as a whole, and a resin sheet laminate 2 is made. The resin sheet laminate 2 is drawn in two axial directions perpendicular to each other to use it as a porous resin sheet 10. |
