PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flux, a tin ball and a solder ball from entering into a hollow part of a hollow core body.SOLUTION: A jacket layer (4) is peeled off from a coaxial cable by a predetermined length, and an exposed tip (5a) of an external conductor layer (3) is sealed by thermocompression bonding. Subsequently, the flux is applied to the external conductor layer (3), a tin coating or a solder coating is applied thereto, and a center conductor, the hollow core body and the external conductor layer are exposed by a step processing. Because the flux, the tin ball and the solder ball can be prevented from entering into the hollow part of the hollow core body (2), degradation of characteristics due to the entry of the flux and the like into the hollow part of the hollow core body (2) can be prevented. |
