PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus displaying information with easy visibility.SOLUTION: The image display apparatus includes: an image display unit having a touch panel which can be operated with contact of a pointer; a proximity detection unit which detects the proximity of the pointer for each region of the image display unit; a control unit which controls operations of the image display unit; and an image creation unit which creates first and second images. When the first image created by the image creation unit is displayed on the image display unit and the proximity detection unit detects the proximity of the pointer, the control unit displays the second image created by the image creation unit on one of four corners of the image display unit closest to the region to which the pointer comes close. |
