PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of addresses to be secured in overlay tree topology and to ease restriction when a new node participates in a logical network.SOLUTION: A logical network in each service is configured by tree topology and the logical network is divided into areas composed of one or more subtrees. Addressing to nodes in the areas is performed by using the maximum number Lm of hierarchies set in each area and the maximum number Rmof slave nodes set in each hierarchy d of the area. Respective areas are also configured by a tree structure, and an area number of each area is addressed by using the maximum number Aarea_Lm of area hierarchies and the maximum number Aarea_Rmof slave areas set in each area hierarchy Aarea_d.
