摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a CuO nanoparticle dispersion solution by which CuO having good dispersibility and high crystallinity can easily be obtained at low cost, and a CuO nanoparticle dispersion solution.SOLUTION: A copper compound containing monovalent copper, such as copper(I) acetate is added to a specific amine (e.g. benzylamine or N-propylamine) and dissolved in a solvent (e.g. ethanol, 2-methoxyethanol, methanol or benzyl alcohol) to prepare a copper material solution, and the copper material solution is subjected to a hydrolysis reaction in a W/O type microemulsion solution in which a surfactant and water are dispersed in a hydrophobic solvent (e.g. cyclohexane or benzene) to form CuO nanoparticles.
