TRANSPARENT FILM WITH PLASMA RESISTANCE, AND TRANSPARENT GAS BARRIER FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film and a transparent gas barrier film using the transparent film exhibiting excellent transparency without turning into yellow even after given plasma treatment, hardly causing deterioration with the lapse of time and exhibiting high close adhesiveness between layers and weatherability over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The transparent film includes a primer resin layer 2 and a plasma-resistant protective layer 3 in this order on one face of a base material film 1 made of a plastic material. The plasma-resistant protective layer 3 is a layer including a plasma-resistant coating film formed of a plasma-resistant composition containing one or more kinds of alkoxide represented by a general formula RM(OR), and a polyvinyl alcohol based resin and/or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, and obtained by polycondensation by a sol-gel process.
