PURPOSE: A producing method of organic solvent dispersed silica sol is provided to easily and economically produce the high purity organic solvent dispersed silica sol for applying to an organic material and a metal-organic composite. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of organic solvent dispersed silica sol comprises the following: surface reforming silica sol by reacting the water-dispersible silica sol with amino propyltrialkoxysilane; separating the surface reformed reaction solution by centrifugal separating; drying the separated silica sol; adding an organic solvent to the dried silica sol and disperse-processing with ultrasonic waves; and crushing the dried silica sol.
