PURPOSE: A terminal box for an optical cable is provided to increase the number of a subscriber by forming a magnet and a combining steep plate around the opening sides. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) has a telephone line insertion unit(13) on one side of longitudinal direction thereof and has a withdrawal part(14) on the other side. A connecting contact board(20) interlinks a telephone line and a subscriber line. A magnet unit(50) is formed in the circumference of the lower part of the main body. A combining steel plate(60) is formed in circumference of the upper part of the main body and is arranged to correspond to the magnet.
