PURPOSE: A light emitting diode illuminating apparatus is provided to reduce the size of the apparatus by combining a plurality of light emitting diodes in a package shape. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode mounting part(12) is formed on a metal-based substrate(1). A upward protrusion(11) is arranged along the outer edge of the light emitting diode mounting part. A first electrode part and a second electrode part supply anodic power and cathodic power. A plurality of light emitting diode elements(4) is arranged on the upper side of the light emitting diode mounting part in a grid shape. A gold wire(5) connects the light emitting diode elements which are contiguous to the first and the second electrode parts. |
