<p>Disclosed is a highly safe crosslinking agent composition. The highly safe crosslinking agent composition ensures excellent storage stability, even when incorporated into a paint, ink, or clear coating material that contains a resin having a functional group in the molecule, said functional group being hydroxyl, carboxyl, amido, amino, a urethane group, or the like. Further, the crosslinking agent composition provides an improvement in the film properties such as heat resistance, oil resistance and adhesiveness to a substrate. The crosslinking agent composition can be prepared by a process which is characterized by reacting or mixing the following components (A), (B) and (C) with each another: (A) a metal alkoxide, (B) an organic sulfonic acid, and (C) a ß-keto ester.</p> |
