The base is provided with a feed reel which feeds a tape member comprising an anisotropic conductive tape and separator stacked on each other, and a takeup reel which is attached coaxial with the feed reel and winds the tape member thereon after the anisotropic conductive tape of the tape member has been pressure bonded to a substrate by the bonding head attached to the holder.</p> |
